The Surface Roughness Tester is widely used in productionsite to measure surface roughness of variousmachinery-processed parts, calculate correspondingparameters according to selected measuring conditionsand clearly display all measurement parameters.

 

Product Feature

* Be compatible with four standards ofISO, DIN, ANSI and JIS.When measuring the roughness of a surface, thesensor is placed on the surface and then uniformlyslides along the surface by driving the mechanism inside the tester. The sensor gets the surface roughnessby the sharp built-in probe. This roughness causesdisplacement of the probe which results in change ofinductive amount of induction coils so as to generateanalogue signal, which is in proportion to the surfaceroughness at output end of phase-sensitive rectifier.The exclusive DSP processes and calculates and thenoutputs the measurement results on LCD.
